Marina holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. She is a specialist in Tax Law from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas and has an MBA in International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS) from Faculdade Fipecafi.

Marina provides general tax consulting, focusing on direct taxes and social security contributions. Marina has experience in the tax analysis of M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations in general, tax planning, transactions in the financial and capital markets, cross-border transactions, and tax due diligence.
